  • At The Summit Studio, we offer high-intensity, low-impact training rooted in strength, control, endurance, mobility, and athletic conditioning.

    Our signature Xformer classes use slow, controlled movement, time under tension, and deep core engagement to build full-body strength without the impact. We also offer off-the-machine classes inspired by barre, strength, mobility, and conditioning, all designed to help you move better in the studio and feel stronger outside of it.

  • Not at all. Every class at The Summit Studio is designed to be accessible for all levels, whether it’s your first class or your hundredth.

    There is a natural learning curve, especially with Xformer-style movement, and that is completely normal. Our instructors will guide you with clear cues, modifications, and support so you can move safely and confidently.

    Just show up with body awareness, a willingness to learn, and an openness to challenge yourself. We’ll help you with the rest.

  • Please arrive 15 minutes early so your instructor can introduce you to the studio, equipment, and class format.

    Grip socks are required for Xformer classes for safety and cleanliness. If you need a pair, they are available for purchase at the studio.

    Bring a water bottle and an open mind. We’ll take care of the rest.

  • Because our classes are small and space is limited, every reserved spot matters. For morning classes before 11:00 AM, please cancel 10 hours before class. For classes at 12:00 PM or later, please cancel at least 2 hours before class.

    Late cancels or no-shows will result in the loss of the class credit for drop-ins and class packs. Unlimited members will be charged a fee equal to one single drop-in class. This policy helps us open spots for other clients who may be hoping to get into class.

  • Email is the best and most reliable way to reach us. It helps us keep track of inquiries and respond as quickly as possible.

  • Yes. We offer private and small group sessions for all of our class offerings. Sessions are scheduled directly through the owner and are based on class availability.
