Welcome to The Summit Studio. By using our website, creating an account, booking a class, purchasing a

class pack or membership, attending a class, or participating in any studio offering, you agree to the terms

below.

1. Studio Services

The Summit Studio offers group fitness classes, private sessions, small group sessions, workshops, events,

and related fitness and wellness services. Our offerings may include Xformer, barre, strength, mobility, and

athletic conditioning formats.

All services are subject to availability, instructor scheduling, studio capacity, posted policies, and any

additional terms shown at the time of purchase or booking.

2. Health, Safety + Assumption of Risk

Physical exercise involves inherent risk. By participating in classes or services at The Summit Studio, you

acknowledge that movement, equipment-based exercise, strength training, and group fitness classes may

involve risk of injury, strain, discomfort, falls, or aggravation of a pre-existing condition.

You are responsible for listening to your body, working within your own limits, and informing your instructor

of any injuries, limitations, pregnancy, medical conditions, or concerns before class begins. Participation is

voluntary and at your own risk.

The Summit Studio does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Please consult a physician or

qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise program, especially if you have a medical

condition, injury, or other health concern.

A separate liability waiver may be required before participating in studio services. If there is any conflict

between these Terms and a signed waiver, the signed waiver may contain additional terms that apply to your

participation.

3. Booking + Attendance

Classes must be booked in advance through our booking platform or another approved scheduling method.

Because our classes are small and space is limited, every reserved spot matters.

First-time clients should arrive at least 15 minutes early so an instructor can introduce the studio,

equipment, and class format. Please arrive on time for every class. Late arrivals may not be permitted to join

class for safety reasons and may be treated as a late cancel or no-show.

4. Cancellation Policy

For classes that begin before 11:00 AM, cancellations must be made 10 hours before the class. For classes

that begin at 12:00 PM or later, cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the class start time.

Late cancels or no-shows will result in the loss of the class credit for drop-ins and class packs. Unlimited

members will be charged a fee equal to one single drop-in class.

This policy exists because a late cancel or no-show may prevent another client from booking that spot.

5. Payments, Class Packs + Memberships

All purchases, including drop-ins, class packs, memberships, private sessions, workshops, events, and

retail items, must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Class packs, memberships, and promotional offers may be subject to expiration dates, usage limits,

eligibility requirements, renewal terms, and other purchase-specific conditions shown at checkout or

communicated by the studio.

Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the person who purchased them. Shared

memberships, account transfers, or use by another person are not permitted unless approved in writing by

The Summit Studio.

6. Membership Renewal + Cancellation

If you purchase a recurring membership, your membership may renew automatically according to the terms

shown at checkout. By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorize the recurring charges described at

the time of purchase.

Membership cancellation requests must be submitted through the method provided by The Summit Studio

or its booking platform. Cancellation terms, notice periods, and effective dates may vary by membership

type and will be listed at the time of purchase. Clients are responsible for reviewing membership terms

before buying.

The Summit Studio may update membership offerings, pricing, or terms from time to time. Any changes will

be communicated as required and will not override the terms already agreed to unless permitted by law or

accepted by the client.

7. Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in writing by

The Summit Studio. This includes drop-ins, class packs, memberships, private sessions, workshops, events,

promotional offers, and retail purchases.

The Summit Studio may, at its discretion, offer account credit, transfers, or other accommodations in limited

circumstances. Any accommodation is not a waiver of our policy and does not guarantee similar treatment

in the future.

8. Grip Socks + Studio Requirements

Grip socks are required for Xformer classes for safety and cleanliness. Clients are responsible for bringing

their own grip socks or purchasing a pair at the studio.

Clients are expected to follow studio rules, respect instructors and other clients, and use equipment only as

directed. The Summit Studio may deny participation if a client is not following safety instructions or studio

requirements.

9. Private + Small Group Sessions

Private and small group sessions are scheduled directly through the studio and are subject to instructor and

studio availability. Pricing may vary based on the number of participants, class type, and session length.

Cancellation terms for private and small group sessions may differ from group class cancellation terms and

will be communicated at the time of booking.

10. Studio Conduct

The Summit Studio is intended to be a welcoming, respectful, and supportive environment. We reserve the

right to refuse service, cancel bookings, remove a client from class, or terminate memberships for behavior

that is unsafe, disruptive, disrespectful, inappropriate, threatening, harassing, or inconsistent with the

studio environment we are working to create.

11. Personal Belongings

The Summit Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please bring only what you

need and keep valuables with you.

12. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the website, attempt to interfere

with its function, introduce malicious code, or use it in a way that could damage the website, studio, or other

users.

13. Third-Party Platforms

We may use third-party platforms, including booking, payment, waiver, email, text, scheduling, analytics, or

website providers, to operate our business. Your use of those platforms may also be subject to their own

terms, privacy policies, and payment rules.

14. Changes to These Terms

The Summit Studio may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will be posted on this

page with a revised Last Updated date. Continued use of our website or services after updates are posted

means you accept the revised terms.
